Hi Everyone

If you are still interest in booking  the event at Crocadon Saw Mill on Saturday 28 June here is what is available –

3 Psychic readers stalls due to cancellations £40

6 craft/holistic stalls £30 – anything a  bit different is always welcome.

Both come with a 6ft table provided at no extra cost, craft/holistic stalls will need to bring their own stool/chair Psychic readers are provided  with 2 chairs.

Those who have already booked Crocadon – I have set up an events page on Facebook, please add information & photos about yourself and nearer the time please share and pass on the info. There is also ‘AromAware Events’ page on Facebook to – always grateful for ‘likes’. Take a look at the photos on there form Saturdays event.

NEW EVENT

I am now just organising a new event at The Garden in Torpoint, it will be called ‘Psychic & Therapy Night’ its on Friday 1 August from 6pm-10pm with set up from 5pm. The spaces will be limited as I will just be using the squash court and the dance studio downstairs. At the moment it is difficult for me to hire the tables/chairs from the person I usually get them from as he is on long term sick.  I do have some tables available, but if you could bring a table and a chair/stool I can provide the extra chair for your clients (readers). It can be any size table you wish up to 6ft in size. Therapist can bring their massage couch to use if you wish. Ladies night is running at The Garden also on this evening so we will have a captive audience! Cost will be readers £20 and Therapist £15 and will be on a first come first served basis. (a meditation will be included to meet with your Angel)
1PM – Liz Westcott – The Importance of Honeybees

AromAware will also be taking part in this event selling lots of new hand made crystal watches.  I will have anew range of creams, oils and lotions available very soon.

Stall Holders info for 17 May Mind Body & Spirit Fair

Hi Everyone

This information is for stall holders dated 17 May & may not apply to you this time.

I will be sending out a separate email to everyone to tell you where your stall will be situated

Here is all the info for Saturdays fair –
Please remember to bring your public liability documents, unless you have already done so at a previous fair this year. Also don’t forget your table covers & extension leads – if you have request electric.

For people with Sat Nav the post code is PL11  2JW. There is also Google maps available on my website.
The Torpoint ferry runs every 15 minutes – for those coming from Plymouth side, there is one that leaves at 9am, so should get you here for 9.15.
Set up is  FROM 9.00 am – I have to move all the tables and chairs around, so please don’t turn up earlier as it will not be ready! Names will be on the tables – unless you are bringing your own!
Please park half on/off the pavement & unload your car as quickly as possible & then move to a side road – everyone will be trying to do the same thing, so it will be great to make room for more people unloading as soon as you can.  If you want to you can park in Sainsburys & unload its 40p for an hour.
Please can I ask all stall holders not to move the tables.  Some people are bringing their own or bringing stands etc so the tables are laid out to accommodate this.

Please,  just before the fair starts can you all check your stands for any trip hazards etc – Health & Safety – and keep your insurance documents to hand.
We will open to the public at 10.30

Also just to remind everyone that The Garden has very kindly offered to give us 25% off all food on the day (as they have done at previous fairs)  – apart from today’s special – which is in itself very cheap. Tea/coffee will also be £1.00. I have made up cards for everyone & will bring them around, you just need to show a member of staff for the discount before you order,  it can be used as many times as you like so look after it!

At the end of the day please clear up any rubbish & take it with you.

I have a fabulous therapist called Amanda who will be offering reflexology, Indian head massage & other therapies. Also an amazing lady called Elaine who will be offering Psychic readings & Psychic life coaching.

Hi Everyone

I have decided to change the date of the November Something Different Craft fair to SATURDAY 25 OCTOBER, due to Buckland Abbey holder their weekend fair on that date as I know a lot of you like to attend that one.  All those who have paid or have put your name down for it already I have sent an email out to you.

I am now FULL for 12 April Craft Fair and for 27 September Mind Body & Spirit Fair in Tavistock – if you have been in contact with me to request a stall at this event I still have it kept for you.  If you have not booked and would like to be placed on the reserve list please let me know.

The Garden Bar Restaurant & Gym 17 May £20 – there are still a few retail stalls and therapist stall available, there will be a new layout at this event.

There are SIX GAZEBO STALLS now left at Crocadon  Saw Mill St Mellion – £30 (28 June). Bring a standard 3×3 meter gazebo, I will supply a 6ft table to put in it and you can then put what ever else inside to suit you.  I still have a few retail stalls remaining and a therapist stall. I will update you all on this next week

Limited Spaces now at ALL Events

Hi Everyone

Please contact me ASAP if you are interested in ANY of my events as most of them are now nearly FULL – including the ones just before Christmas!  If you have sent me post dated cheques your stall is safe. If you have requested the stall and not paid yet please forward post dated cheques to me to keep your space – unless I have made other arrangements with you.  (you can find the dates on previous posts listed below)

I now have the flyers back from the printers and will be sending them out to all that are booked to do the Tavistock fair. An events page have been set up on Facebook now – please add information on yourself to it and keep sharing it to get it out there.  Please also ‘like’ my AromAware events page – it has information on there for stall holders that might interest you.

I am looking for a therapist who would be interest in attending my 12 April ‘Something Different Craft Fair’.  It would be good just to have ONE therapist offering different treatments – stall is £20. Please contact me if you are interested.

We are holding a Mind Body & Spirit Fair Sunday 17th August 11.am-5.pm at the Guildhall at Saltash.
There is plenty of space at this venue for sellers,healers,therapist & mediums/readers, there is a car park across the road near by.
Unfortunately no music can be played in the hall during the day, anyone who needs to plug in lights ect must have a PAT test if the items are less than one year old. Let me know if you will need an electrical supply and any other special needs.

Up Date for AromAware Events

Hi Everyone

The Tavistock Mind Body & Spirit Fair 22 March is now full.  Many thanks to all that have booked for the event.  If you wanted to book and missed out please let me know and I will put you on the reserve list.

The Tavistock Fair is going to be a week before MOTHERS DAY!  You might wish to take that into account and make some special gifts/offer Gift vouchers etc on the day.  I will be sending out flyers to you all shortly and setting up an event on Facebook,  please advertise yourself on this and also ‘like’ my AromAware Events Page – this is  permanent page which gives information/help to stall holders.  I will be in contact with you all before the event with information for the day.

I am now taking bookings for 12 April, Something Different craft Fair, The Garden, Bar Restaurant & Gym.  ALL STALLS £20 and includes the table & chairs.  This fair is the WEEK BEFORE EASTER! You can send a post dated cheque for this dated end of February.
