If you’re looking for a well established, friendly Wellbeing events to sell your wares at, then please consider joining us at any or all of our venues. New traders are always welcome!
How do I check stall availability?
You’ll need to complete a stallholder registration request which you can do via one of the following options:
- contact me by email – email@example.com for a form
- collect a form from me in person at one of my fairs.
Why are the forms in PDF format?
This is the most widely accepted format on the Internet. The majority of computers these days have a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to allow you to view and print PDF forms.
If you’re having problems viewing the PDF, or Acrobat Reader is telling you that your file is damaged, please update to the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. It’s free, and will usually solve your problem. If you have any other issues accessing the files, or questions about the fair, please get in touch.
If you’re booking in advance you can spread the cost by post-dating your cheques to 3 months prior to the fair date. Places are only reserved once full payment has been received.
AromAware Events (Elaine Drake) will try and ensure all the events take place. However, if weather conditions/other conditions are deemed severe enough to risk health & safety, the event will be cancelled. A decision to cancel, maybe as near as the day prior or on the day. In the event of cancellation, AromAware Events will not be held responsible for any loss to the stallholders (including financial loss or refund). In the advent of extreme weather conditions, stallholders can check if the event is going ahead by checking AromAware Events Facebook page. In the event of cancellation the day prior to the event a text and/or email will be sent. Stallholders may phone to check if in doubt on 01752 605 816.
Cancellations, Refunds, Event Transfers and No-shows
If your plans change, you may receive a full refund providing you cancel at least 90 days prior to the fair date. Refunds/event transfers for cancellations made after this time are on a discretionary basis. No refunds are made for cancellations made within 30 days of an event or for no-shows.
