Hi Everyone

My next Mind Body & Spirit Fair is a Christmas one on  12 December at Callington Town Hall 10am-4pm. Lots of Christmas goodies on offer from some fabulous craft & Holistic stalls. Psychic readings & Tarot card readings as well as therapists. Free entry and free talks on the day. Here is the talks list –

11am – ‘Angels’ with Pam Goodall, which will also include a short meditation

12.00 Demonstration of mediumship with Mark Hartshorn

1pm – The use of Tuning Forks for Healing. A practical workshop where you can listen and play with these amazing tools for health and well being. Enhances awareness, creating happy mind, body, spirit and Soul with Debbi Walker

2pm – A practical demonstration of the benefits of sound harmonics, and the relaxing state they can induce. There will be an element of group participation. With Philip Bramhill & his steel tongue drums

Cathy from Liskerrett is running the cafe all day.
