Hi Everyone

I have lots of special offers on at the moment throughout my skincare range, with most of them being £1 off. Take a look at my website for details of all my creams on www.aromaware.co.uk or see me at my next fair.

My next fair is a Psychic fair at The Rainbow International Hotel in Torquay, 11AM-6PM , 1st & 2nd February (contact www.psychicevents.co.uk for more information). I will also have offers on my jewellery and hand-made watches at this event. If you live locally, but can’t make one of my fairs please contact me to collect.

AromAware will be bring out lots of new products & Jewellery this year, so do pop along to see me at one of my fairs. A belated Happy New Year to you all

My next fair is a Mind Body & Spirit Fair, 22 March at Tavistock Town Hall. 10am-4pm, I have stalls available for therapists and retailers, cost is £30 per 6ft table or therapy space. I would love any retail people with the following –

Paintings/photogaraphy

Or anything unusual, ALL retail stalls are welcome at the Mind Body & Spirit Fairs.

Merry Christmas Everyone!

I just wanted to wish you all a VERY Merry Christmas and every success in the coming year with your work.

Just a reminder to those who have booked for 22 March in Tavistock and have not paid yet, payment is now due please. Readers stalls are now full for this event and for nearly all venues next year, so if you are a reader and have not reserved a place please contact me before booking.

Special offers this weekend at Crocadon

Hello Everyone

Just to let you know that I am at Crocadon Saw Mill, St Mellion this Saturday from 9am-3pm with lots of special offers on my skin care range. There is £1 off all hand creams, face creams, soothing lotions., in all sizes. My luxurious body lotions are now in FREE lilac butterfly bags and are now at a special price of £3 (normal price £4.95 with no bag). I also have lots of offers just for the day on my watches, including ALL pandora type watches are now £10. I still have lots of lovely candles available, including the new travel candle not available yet on my website.

Craft Fair/Open Day

I wanted to let you know about two events happening next week

Tables and tables full of jewellery, aromatherapy products, candles funky watches, ceramic buttons & brooches etc. FREE tea/coffee & cakes. (See google maps on my website for directions). GUESS THE WEIGHT OF THE CAKE – large Victoria sponge for the person that is able to guess the nearest to the correct weight in grammes £1 per guess – all monies collected go to Aiden Baptie to help raise money for a lttle boy needing extra equipment the NHS does not provide. All welcome to bring friends along, pay on day or order.

Hi Everyone

Here is some information that might be of interest to you –

Did you know that if your lighting is under a year old it does not have to be P.A.T tested – just make sure you have your receipts with you at all events. For those of you that need the testing, I will now be offering P.A.T testing at all my events – John from moonpat has very kindly offered a fab deal on the testing at ONLY £1 per item – THAT’S AMAZING!!! see more info on Johns website – www.moonpat.com. If anyone needs any computer help I know a great guy to help – visit www.andyscomputersplymouth.co.uk He has been helping me out with mine when it goes wrong and he’s very reasonably priced!

Julie Harper is running a Christmas Mind body & Spirit fair on 30 November at the Masonic Hall in Manadon, Plymouth cost is £25 10am-4pm all proceeds going to charity for more info contact her on – 0752 7243 791 if you are interested in having a stall there.

CROCADON SAW MILL, St Mellion – A few of you have asked about this date next year – it will be my biggest fair yet – BBQ – Bands – ice cream van – talks – demo’s – maybe event yoga in the garden – working on that one. I am planning to make it into a 2 day event the year after. There are 3 barns -2 of retail stalls and 1 of therapist/readers lots of outside traders too, bring your own gazebo available – put as many tables in there as you wish – a 6ft one is provided.. I will have 2 guys on site helping with the FREE parking, the event is FREE ENTRY too, with FREE talks & demos.

Crocadon is well known for its events already and is a working saw mill, they get lots of passing trade there as they advertise along the roadside a week before the event. take a look at there website www.crocadon.co.uk

I am having an open house AromAware party at my home – 31 Herschel Gardens, Kings Tamerton, Plymouth PL5 2AY

on Thursday 7 November 9am-6pm, as well as selling lots of times that I don’t usually take to fairs I will also be holding a GUESS THE WEIGHT OF THE CAKE competition. The cake will be a large Victoria sponge hand-made by me! It will be £1 to guess the weight. ALL the money from this is going to help Aiden Baptie – a Little boy – just over a year old, he has severe developmental delay and eczema – amongst other things. His parents need to buy him loads of specialist equipment but it is NOT available to him, on the NHS, his parents have to pay for it all. I would love to help them, so hence the cake……Also for Aiden

I am also holding a raffle at my Something Different craft fair on Saturday 9 November at The Garden, bar restaurant & gym in Torpoint. If any one would like to contribute a raffle prize or buy tickets please let me know, I would be really grateful. The raffle will be drawn at the end of the day at the venue.

…………….And finally – I have recently set up an AromAware events page on Facebook, it is there to give all my stall holders helpful information on my events and advertise yourself. if you are on there please ‘like’ it and feel free to add information/photos about yourself. The fair is also in facebook events – so again feel free to add to that. I will be in contact just before the fair to give you info for the event.

Next Year’s Fair Dates

Hi everyone

I wanted you all to know about the dates/fairs I have booked for next year, so that you all get the chance to book in before I advertise elsewhere. There are 7 fairs booked so far for next year. Please make sure you read ALL the information before you fill out the booking forms as with some of them, there a a lot of different types of stall you can have – like Crocadon Saw Mill.

Instead of paying now, I am giving people the option of post dated cheques, which will NOT be cashed in until the dates I’ve arranged on the website, (dates listed below). The stall will be kept for you only after I have received the cheque. If you want to you can pay straight away either by cheque or I can arrange for BACS payments and can give you my Bank details if you wish. If you need forms you can download them in the exhibitor area.

All The Garden, Bar Restaurant & Gym (new name) fairs are £20 for retail/therapist/readers
All Tavistock fairs are £30 retail/therapist & £40 readers
Crocadon Saw Mill, £30 retail/therapist & £40 readers

Stall holders info for the fair

Hi Everyone – this goes out to everyone who has expressed an interest in my fairs – although it may not be relevant to you at this time –

Here is all the info for Saturdays fair

Please remember to bring table covers & extension leads – if you have request electric. If you have some CD’s that are suitable please bring them along – the therapy room would be great with some lovely relaxing music. Also therapist may bring screens if they wish for added privacy.

The Torpoint ferry runs every 15 minutes – for those coming from Plymouth side, there is one that leaves at 9am, so should get you here for 9.15. If you are not sure where the venue is there is a google maps page in The garden venue information on my website.

Set up is from 9.15 – I have to move ALL the tables and chairs around, so please don’t turn up earlier as it will not be ready! Names will be on the tables, Therapist/readers are downstairs & all retail in the bar and conservatory.

Please park half on/off the pavement & unload your car as quickly as possible & then move to a side road – everyone will be trying to do the same thing, so it will be great to make room for more people unloading as soon as you can. If you want to you can park in Sainsburys & unload its 40p for an hour.

Please can I ask all stall holder not to move the tables. Some people are bringing their own or bringing stands etc so the tables are laid out to accommodate this.

Please, just before the fair starts can you all check your stands for any trip hazards etc – Health & Safety – and keep your insurance documents to hand.

We will open to the public at 10.30 – but just before if you would like to join in we will all get together to greet each other. I’m delighted to say that lovely Pam has said she will help with raising the energy for the venue as she has in the past here.

I will be acting a ‘Greeter’ for the day to show our customers where everything is & give them information on the talks etc. (I will send a separate email all of you giving talks)

Also just to remind everyone that The Garden has very kindly offered to give us 25% off all food today – apart from today’s special. I have made up cards for everyone & will bring them around, you just need to show a member of staff for the discount before you order, it can be used as many times as you like so look after it!

At the end of the day please clear up any rubbish & take it with you.
